 Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Incorrect size (eligible for one-time exchange)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Products purchased on sale/discount offers
  • Innerwear or hygiene-related items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Any item that shows signs of use, damage, or washing

 Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time free size exchange, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose a different item of equal or higher value (paying the difference)
  • Opt for a store credit instead

Return Process

  2. Share your:
    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (in case of wrong or damaged item)
  3. We will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup (subject to service availability).
  4. Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

  • When a replacement is not available
  • When you opt for a refund instead of store credit

Refund timeline:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days
  • COD orders: Refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer

Please note: Refunds will only be issued after the returned item passes our inspection.

Store Credit Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive Winkwears Store Credit, which:

  • Can be used for your next purchase
  • Is valid for 6 months
  • Is shared with you via email or WhatsApp

 Self-Shipping (if applicable)

If reverse pickup is not available in your location:

  • You may be requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier
  • We will reimburse courier charges up to ₹80 (with valid proof of shipping)

  • Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted
  • Reverse pickup is only available for selected pin codes
  • We reserve the right to reject a return if it doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria
